All our Patients have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice. We listen when Patients make us aware of their preference as to which GP that is. If you are registering as a new patient you will see an option to choose, you will also receive a text message giving you the GP’s name, alternatively you can contact the practice if you wish to know who this is.

Nurses

Sister Louise Barratt (f)
Sister Debra Taylor (f)
Sister Wendy Griffin (f)
Sister Heather Batty (f)

The Nurses all have different skills and abilities. When you book an appointment, you will be asked to let reception know what service you require. This is to enable us to book you with the correct nurse and for the correct length of time.

Healthcare Assistants

Michelle Wiersin

Jake Newley

Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as Chronic Disease Reviews for well controlled patients, blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one and also assist in Minor Surgery procedures.

Marian Williamson - Phlebotomist

A Phlebotomist is someone who only takes blood samples. If you need more than just a blood test, please ask to see one of the Health Care Assistants.
